1. Introduction

Welcome to MCP Trail. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and Secure Your AI Infrastructure. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to the MCP Trail Secure Your AI Infrastructure and all related services. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service. "Content" refers to all information and materials available on our Service.

8. Free Playground Usage

Our free playground is a best-effort security tool and is not a penetration test, certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of security outcomes. You may only test MCP servers you own or are explicitly authorized to use. If you provide bearer tokens, use short-lived, least-privilege, non-production credentials. Do not submit production secrets. We apply baseline protections on our side (including policy checks, rate and payload limits, and filtering), but you remain solely responsible for your testing activity, legal authorization, and the configuration and behavior of any MCP server you test. Token inputs are used to complete your request and are not retained as raw values in our logs. MCP Trail is not responsible for misuse of these free tools or for issues caused by third-party MCP servers under your control or authority. You accept residual risk from interactions with external systems.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law
